The following,
is the pricing schedule for indoor, heated boat moorage at the
Twin Bridges Marina. These prices include one round trip launch
and retrieval per day. Overnight and extended stay water moorage
will be available on a limited basis.
Base price:
- One year
lease: $240/month
- Six month
lease: $270/month
- 3 month lease: $315/month
Services available
include: fueling, holding tank pump out, pressure wash and rinse,
engine flush, detailing, Fresh water rinse.
Maximum specifications allowed in base rent:
Length: 25’
Beam: 8'6"
Height: 8'
Additional charges to base rent for larger boats:
Length to 35’ $10/feet
over 25’
Beam to 12’ $30/feet
over 8'
Height to 14’ $35/feet
over 8’
Length is calculated as the overall length of the boat (LOA), including
any extensions such as bow pulpits, swim platforms, and drive extensions.
Height includes any fixtures such as radars, pilot house coverings,
or antennas which cannot be retracted. Fractional feet are rounded
upward to the next full foot. Twin Bridges Marina can handle boats
that weigh up to 22,000 pounds fully loaded.
A security deposit equal to one months rent will be due upon notification
of acceptance of moorage application. The first month rent will
be due at lease execution and the security deposit will be held
as long as boater retains his or her lease.
No charge for overnight parking.
