Twin Bridges Marina

Twin Bridges Marina has space available for lease to marine related companies. We are actively considering proposals for boat dealers, brokers, and other marine businesses who wish to get in on the ground floor at this exciting new marina operation. Building A (view diagram)
Building A is a 7,200 square feet showroom/warehouse building located on the east end of the project with excellent visibility and access to Highway 20 (approximately 35,000 cars/day). This building can be divided into bay size increments of 1,800 square feet.

Building B offices (view diagram)
Also available is 1,750 square feet of shell office space above the Twin Bridges Marina administrative offices. This space has excellent westerly views over the marina and Padilla Bay.

Phase Two expansion (view diagram)
We recently obtained permits for the Phase Two expansion of Twin Bridges Marina. Phase Two will include outside racks for storage of an additional 500 boats and 15 covered wet slips for vessels up to 70 feet. The Phase Two dry stack system will be designed to accommodate larger boats than we currently handle (specifications yet to be determined). Please contact the marina office for more information.
